TERMS OF PARTICIPATION / FEES
Biobiz is sponsored by the European Commission Research Directorate and Eurobiobiz team since 1998. Thanks to this support, Biobiz 4 fees have been reduced from 3000 €uros to:

  • € 100 for individuals from: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey.
  • € 300 for individuals from: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
  • € 600 per person for companies or Institution from : Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
  • € 300/ 400USD: All participants to USA based workshops.

Accommodation, travel and personal expenses are not included in this fee.

Boot Camps are open to all European, candidates and associated countries' citizens. Space is limited per workshop due to intensive teamwork using computers. These places will be considered on a first-come first-serve basis.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
We regret that no refund may be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 10 working days prior to the boot camp start date. A refund of 75% will be issued for cancellations received before this date (10 working days prior the boot camp start date). Cancellations must be written and signed, and may be sent by either by fax or mail (see submission information above). The Bioentrepreneur Boot Camp organizers reserve the right to refuse any application for registration. Registration acceptance shall take place when the boot camp organizers have received the application and cleared the corresponding remittance. The organizers reserve the right to alter the time, location and speakers/experts of the boot camp.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Payment in full must be made prior to the boot camp start date.

For USA based boot camp payment could also be made to an US account in US Dollars. Please contact us.

Remember to include your name and Bioentrepreneur Boot Camp location on any payment (check, transfer, online) that you may effectuate.
